I'll answer this here but you might want to consider taking one of the
online training courses on TRNSYS. They are relatively inexpensive and
go over a lot of useful information like this.
Each of the models has outputs; all of the ones that consume electricity
will have an output for the electricity consumption rate. Simply
connect the ones you'd like to evaluate to an output device like the
printegrator model (Type 46) or the printer (Type 25). Then open the
external output files into something like Excel and manipulate to your
needs.
