Daniel,
Yes, the \bin\win64 folder should be on the search path. It sounds as
though you have done all the correct things. I would recommend that you
refer to the Type155 documentation in the 04-MathematicalDescriptions
manual as it contains an up to date knowledge base of problems and
solutions for getting Trnsys18 and Matlab to play nicely together.
