This has been covered many times on this forum but I'll save you some 
time looking through the archives:

1) 5 in series if I understand your design.  The number of panels that 
one molecule of water flows through each pass.
2) Specify the total area of all the modules
3) Specify the total flow rate to the array
4) Consider upgrading Type 1 to one of the new solar collectors from the 
TESS Libraries - it makes specifying this information easier and has 
added control options and the ability to include the impact of the mass.
