1. In the type 156 ( Constant Volume Liquid Storage Tank with Immersed 
Heat Exchanger ), If the Heat Exchanger is connected to the solar 
collector, which port is the load side port 1 or port 2??

you can define it any way that you want. Type156 allows you to define 
two port pairs and a heat exchanger. The locations of the port pair 
inlets and outlets are defined by Type156's parameters.

2. Type 1 ( Flat Plate Collector, Quadratic Efficiency Performance Mode 
), how can I find ( Efficiency slope, Efficiency curvature,  Intercept 
efficiency )

The manufacturer of the flat plate collector that you're modeling almost 
always publishes those three pieces of information. If you do not have a 
specific collector in mind then I would recommend visiting

https://solar-rating.org/programs/og-100-program/

and using the OG-100 directory to find a representative flat plate 
collectiro.
