It looks like the external file designation in the proforma isn't set 
correctly.  I would open up the proforma source and check to make sure 
that the external file tab has the associated parameter (the logical 
unit parameter) set correctly.  Then save, refresh and replace and see 
if that works.

The ASSIGN statement in the input file, when done right, should be 
something like:

ASSIGN File.dat  23

In your case, you are missing the 23, which is the parameter that is 
defined by the logical unit value.
