Simply set the flow rate to zero.  Your collector will always then 
return the maximum possible temperature.  Of course this is unreasonable 
in practice as there is no flow - but then so is the idea of having your 
collector be as hot as possible.  The hotter the collector the worse the 
performance.  The best thing you can do is have your collector operate 
at the lowest possible temperature that still meets the need of your 
load.  And that is exactly what Type 538 and Type 539 do.  If you need 
your load to be met at a collector temperature of 80 C then you simply 
put in 80 C and the collector will deliver that temperature, if it can, 
with as much flow as it can.  If it can't meet the temperature then it 
won't run.  If it is flow constrained then it will operate at the 
maximum flow and the outlet temperature will rise above the setpoint.
