Farah,

  I see that you also copied your message to our techsupport hotline; 
could you please also send the project files over there?

  Sometimes in the very early morning or very late afternoon the 
definition for the efficiency makes two very small numbers divided by 
each other result in an unrealistically high value. With efficiencies, 
it is often best to look at averages (daily or longer) rather than at 
instantaneous values. That said, I'd still like to verify that there is 
not a problem in the model.
