Yoon-sensei,

The error message looks familiar to me.
A long, long time ago, 10 years ago actually, Matt Duffy and I looked 
into this error.
This error is caused by the date/time format being different between the 
US and the rest of the world.
In other words, the plugin basically does not work properly outside the US.

You can avoid the error by using the US date/time format on your PC, 
which is not recommended because it affects other applications.
I hope the attached document will help you.

David, doesn't TESS have an Issue tracker?
There should be a record of this issue on 2/4/2011. Please check it out.
