Arash,
There is a model that might work for you in the TESS High Temperature
Solar library. Type1261 will ask you to specify polynomials that
describe how the working fluid's density, enthalpy, and internal energy
change with temperature. The tank is assumed /not/ to be stratified and
has simple inlets and outlets (no immersed heat exchangers)
