José Javier,

  You are correct; Type56 is computing the amount of energy required to 
maintain the space at the set point temperature you have provided. You 
can artificially limit the amount of cooling capacity that you make 
available, in which case the set point temperature will not be 
maintained and you'll be able to see by how much the temperature in the 
space is exceeding the set point.

  It sounds to me as though your simulation is mixing two concepts: 
energy rate control and temperature level control. Please refer to the 
archives of this mailing list for some discussions on the topic.
