Hi Toni:
You may want to look into the following:

   - Hide the lower zone and navigate to the underside of the upper zone;
   - Designate the underside of the upper zone as type floor and
   construction: Adjacent Ceiling;
   - For the lower zone, use dividing lines to mark out the area covered by
   the upper zone. Change the property of this marked out section to ceiling
   with construction type: Adjacent ceiling.
   - The dividing lines are used to ensure that you can change the
   properties of the section enclosed by the dividing lines;
   - Based on the pic submitted, the remaining areas seem to already have
   the designation- roof, so no changes should be necessary there.
