Farah,

The TESS Optimization library contains an interface that makes this
process quite smooth. It is designed to help you set up GenOpt's own
optimization algorithms and to designate the variables in your Trnsys
simulation that you want GenOpt to modify in order to minimize an error
function that you've defined.

kind regards,

  David
