Unfortunately, we no longer support detailed tech support questions on 
TRNSYS 17.  TRNSYS 18 has been out for 5 years and there have been a lot 
of fixes and improvements since version 17.  Generally though, use a 
thermostat to turn on and off your equipment when the room temperatures 
gets too hot or too cold.  There is a nice example/documentation in the 
manual in v18 about converting from load-based building calculations to 
temperature-level calculations but I'm not sure it was there in version 
17.  Might be worth the check!
