[TRNSYS-users] Problem with WINDOW 7.7

Hi guys,
I installed WINDOW 7.7 and I was trying to define a new glazing, but I get always the same error (see below).

I thought that probably the problem is that I have not installed Optics6.

I am trying now to install Optics6, but during the installation I am getting the following messages (see below) and I am not able to install Optics6. Do you know which is the problem?
