[TRNSYS-users] Type 15-3 doesn't work

Dear sir
I am trying to simulate my project using Energy+ weather data "EPW"  through type 15-3, but it doesn't work under TRNSYS 17, but it works properly under TRNSYS 18. How can I fix this problem for TRNSYS 17?I attached the EPW file.
