[TRNSYS-users] About the cooling tower (type 128)

Dear TRNSYS users,

I'm doing a simulation of hvac system。
I have a question about the cooling tower（type 128），why it's 'Fluid leaving
temperature ' can be equal to the Air wetbulb temperature？
