Mohamed,

   The first thing I would do is to change your Studio settings so that 
plugins are not automatically launched when you double click on a 
proforma. This will allow you to open the proforma and then launch the 
plugin manually. The runtime error that you are getting comes from the 
plugin, I believe. Once you have made that modification, open the 
proforma and make sure that the entire path to the data file is listed 
in the external files tab and that the file is not located in a 
read/write protected directory such as the .\Program Files\ or .\Program 
Files (x86)\ directory then retry the plugin launch. If that does not 
fix the problem then you may need to reinstall at least the TESS Storage 
Tank library.
