Adnan,
I'd suggest looking at a few things.
First, define your time step using an equation like DELT = 10/60 rather
than as 0.1667. 0.1667 hours is close to but not exactly 10 minutes.
Second, use a Type65 connected directly to your Type9 and make sure that
the data that you're getting from Type9 is what you'd expect. I suspect
that you'll find some problems in the parameters that determine how the
initial values are defined, whether you want each value to be
interpolated, and whether each value in the data file is reported as an
average over each 10 minute period or whether each is an instantaneous
value reported at the end of the time period.
Third, make sure that Type9 is NOT interpolating the solar radiation
data. Type16 does the solar interpolation and you don't want it done twice.
