Janeet,
Due to TRNSYS 16 being more than 10 years old, and the large number of pirated copies of the software, we no longer support version 16. There have been hundreds of upgrades, improvements, bug fixes, etc and we strongly recommend that you migrate to version 18. Should you decide to stay with version 16 then I would recommend you review the full list file and try to figure out the cause of the error by reviewing the inputs and parameters to your model and checking the solcel documentation and source code.
