[TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS broken computer license

Dear All,

One of the computers that I commonly utilized to run TRNSYS simulations unfortunately stopped functioning and I was wondering how to retrieve that computer license key, so I can use it on another computer.

I have access to the TRNSYS installation folder from the broken computer, since I retrieved the HDD and made it into an external hard drive, but when double clicking Simulation Studio it asks for a new activation key (thus I can't click on the "?" and cancel the license of the old computer).

Is there any way to remove a license key from a computer online? Or any way to remove it if I have access only to the installation folder?
