Arne,
You can make the ground floor slab of your building into a BOUNDARY
wall and set its "back side" condition to a user-defined temperature.
You'll then get the option to define that temperature as a constant
value, a scheduled temperature, or an input. Choose the "constant value"
option and set it to 11C.
Do keep in mind that what you are setting is the temperature of the
interface between the back side of the boundary wall (the slab) and the
ground temperature. You are NOT setting a deep earth temperature. If
your 11C is a deep earth temperature then you might look at some of the
other options that TRNSYS offers for dealing with the energy transfer
between a building and the ground.
kind regards,
David
