I am not entirely I understand your question. The temperature of liquid 
coming out of the tank will depend on where you have specified that 
outlet to be located. If the outlet is located physically at the top of 
the tank then the leaving liquid temperature should be the temperature 
of the liquid in the top node of the tank (not the average tank 
temperature).

If I misunderstood your question, my apologies. Could you please give me 
a bit more detail in that case?
