[TRNSYS-users] Type 73 inputs and parameters

Arian,

   The intercept efficiency isn't a parameter or an input to Type73. 
Instead, Type73 computes the intercept efficiency internally as a 
function of the physical characteristics of the plate/cover system 
(which are specified as parameters).
