[TRNSYS-users] Window importation failure

Susana,
The steps that you describe are the correct ones and I just made a
very simple example to make sure that there is not a fundamental problem
with importing adjacent windows.
There is a maximum number of surfaces allowed in a model so it is
possible that may be the problem. I have also had models that just
turned sour on me and I have found in some cases that I just had to
delete the windows (or walls) that were not importing correctly and then
redraw them.
If none of those ideas solves the problem then you should send the
*.idf and *.b18 into your distributor to see if they can offer some help.
