Berkane,

With 6 e-mails in 6 days asking the same question, you might want to
give people a chance to respond before writing yet another e-mail. The
answers to your questions are conveniently located in the documentation
of TRNSYS and most people on this list won't answer questions where the
user hasn't first tried to help themselves...

<1) What means the complement of solar cycle control function and When
to use it >

I've never heard of that expression.

<what mean when i right in calculator of trnsys this expresses:
*COFhp= AND(COF tank, COF'coll) when COF tank and COF'coll the signal
control storage tank and the complement of cycle solar ، if COF tank=1
and COF' coll=1 What value does it take the COFhp
 * COF'coll=EQL ( COFcoll,0) when COFcoll control signal of collector>

The AND function returns a 1 if both of the arguments are 1, 0 otherwise

The EQL function returns a 1 if the first argument is equal to the 2nd,
0 otherwise.

I would urge you to not use spaces or ' marks in the equation names.

The other thing you could do if you don't know what a function does is
simply try it. Write an equation with the unknown function, drive it
with different values and see what the answer is.
