Elena,
The three most common causes of this error are:
1. Make sure you are using Python3
2. Make sure that your Python version (32-bit or 64-bit) matches your
TRNSYS version. The default Trnsys18 is 64-bit.
3. Make sure that Python is in the Windows path.
also please make sure that both you and the SYSTEM user (a built-in
Windows user account) have full admin rights to the computer.
