Adnan,
I am not entirely sure where the problem might lie. The DOE-2 format
(a report that LBNL's Window software produces) has not changed in a
long time and Trnsys v18 should have no problem reading a *.b17 file and
updating it to the *.b18 format. I do not think that there are any
differences in the basic center of glass data format (which is what
Type56 reads from the DOE-2 report). Nor has the process changed for
adding new glazing systems. Could you send the project and building
(*.b18 or *.b17) file so that I can test them out?
kind regards,
David
