If you have purchased the TESS Libraries then it's in the documentation
folder in the TESS Libraries folder: TRNSYS18Tess
ModelsDocumentation10-SolarLibraryMathematicalReference.pdf 

Just a reminder that this is a commercial product and can not be shared
legally. So if you don't own the TESS libraries then you should visit
www.trnsys.com and purchase the solar library so you'll have access to
the models and documentation.
