Hamza,

   The components that you are looking for do not exist in the standard 
library, TESS Libraries, or Transsolar non-standard components. You 
would need to write the models yourself or collaborate with a group that 
can write them for you. If you are using Trnsys18 then you have access 
to a Fortran compiler (the TypeStudio) that will allow you to write the 
components yourself. If you are using an earlier version of Trnsys then 
you could consider writing the models in EES, Matlab, or Excel and 
calling them using the appropriate standard Type. Alternatively you can 
use a third-party Fortran compiler such as the Intel Visual Compiler to 
write the Types.
