[TRNSYS-users] surface temperature increased by ACH

Dear Karol,

as always it is hard to tell without looking at the project.

I assume your airnode air temperature is lower in winter than in summer.

Therefore, the surface temperature can be increase by radiative gains
For example if your ideal heating has defined a radiative part > 0
or you have higher internal radiative gains defined in winter compared to summer.
Another possibility is that you have defined a boundary surface with a higher boundary temperature.

Regards,

Marion

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] surface temperature increased by ACH

Dear Experts,

I have created model of house (Type 56). Heating is set as ideal with some limitation in power.
Then I compare indoor surface temperature between case with 1.5 ACH infiltration and without (0 ACH).

It is appear that indoor surface temperature are higher in the winter and lower in the summer if infiltration is 1.5ACH.How it is possible?
Convective heat transfer coefficient are set constant (11 kJ/hm2K for indoor surfaces).

Regards,
Karol
