[TRNSYS-users] Calculate relative humidity at the outlet of an earth tube

Hi,
Is it possible to calculate the relative humidity at the output of earth tube knowing the relative humidity at the outlet, the air temperature at the outlet and the air temperature at the outlet of the earth tube ?
