Saeed,

   I know nearly nothing about the STEC components so cannot address 
your first question. As far as your second question, though, if the 
brst84.dat file contains solar insolation data and you cannot find a 
similar file for your location then you should be able to replace 
whatever component reads brst84.dat (probably type9) and the component 
that processes the data (probably Type16) with a more conventional 
weather data reader/processor such as Type15. TRNSYS does not just read 
one weather file format but can accommodate many.
