There is an extremely simple solution to your problem. STOP pirating software and purchase a verified copy. It's illegal and wrong on so many levels to steal software. Your TRNSYS account has also been flagged and you will need to provide your purchase details to your TRNSYS provider or your account will be deleted and access will be forever denied.
