Ahmad,
I would suggest that you implement a Type65 to watch all of the inlet
and outlet conditions (temperature, humidity, and flow rate) for the
desiccant wheel pause the simulation right before the error occurs.
There is an option in the TRNExe file menu (when the simulation is
running) that allows you to specify a simulation time at which you want
to simulation to pause.Looking at the inlet and outlet conditions might
give you an idea why the device cannot come up with a regeneration
temperature that results in the desired process stream outlet humidity
ratio.
Also I do not know whether you are considering pressure in your
simulation but it is a good idea to do so. When air gets near its
saturation point the atmospheric pressure can mean the difference
between a condensing situation and a state in which condensation does
not occur.
