Amirreza,

  Type665 models an on/off single stage heat pump. If you need to 
maintain a 4C temperature drop across the air side then you would need 
to modulate the flow rate of air across the evaporator. Please note that 
this is not a simulation issue; this is a real life issue when using 
single speed compressor heat pumps in system. There are now variable 
speed compressor heat pumps on the market that can modulate their 
internal compressor speed to meet an outlet temperature or to maintain a 
temperature difference across either the evaporator or the condenser and 
we have written some models for TRNSYS of them. They are, however, 
written for use in Trnsys17.
