Paul,
There is a radiator model in the TESS HVAC library. There is not a
radiator model in the standard v18 library.
You may be able to approximate a radiator by defining a combination
of radiative and convective gains in your building zone and then finding
an algorithm that equates the hot water temperature and flow rate into
the radiator (as well as the radiator surroundings temperature) to the
amount of energy that it gives off.
