[TRNSYS-users] active layer wall type

Francesca,

  I have used the active layer in Type56 to model both radiant floors 
that both heat and cool. I have not used it to model radiant walls or 
ceilings. I would recommend that you read the relevant sections in the 
05-MultizoneBuilding manual. There are some restrictions placed on tube 
spacing and layer thickness in the active layer model that may be 
relevant to what you are trying to model.
