Francesca,

     There is a data file interpolation Type, (Type42) in the standard 
library. It is also referred to as a "generic HVAC equipment" model. If 
you can get performance data that relates capacity and COP to current 
inlet conditions for the heat pump that you want to model then you could 
use Type42 to model your heat pump.
