I am not aware of such an example or tutorial. However, the principal
is the same as for controlling temperature. Define a humidistat that
watches the zone RH or humidity ratio then pass the humidistat's outputs
to appropriate humidification/dehumidification equipment that acts on
the air stream that is introduced into the zone.
