[TRNSYS-users] How to define several airnodes in one thermal zone

Dear Wirich,

convection phenomena between two airnodes of one zone are not being calculated by Type56 automatically. If you want to achieve convective exchange, use the coupling window in TRNBuild or read chapter "5.2.4.10. Coupling between airnodes of same zone" of the user manual.

Best
Jakob

Betreff: Re: [TRNSYS-users] How to define several airnodes in one thermal zone

Dear Jakob,

Thank you a lot for your fast reply. I must ask another question though.
I once tried to draw two airnodes in one thermal zone (with a virtual surface), in order to observe the convection phenomena between both airnodes. However it turned out that no heat exchanges occured, despite the presence of an opened window in one of the thermal airnodes.

Do I need to activate something in TRNBUILD in order to observe "air motion" between both airnodes?

Best regards
