Shahin,
The best way to start is to create a new multizone building project. This
opens a wizard that you can use to setup the basic behavior of your
simulation.

Go to file -> new project -> multizone building in the Simulation Studio.

After the project has been created you can start editing the components
individually to fit your needs. Edit your building (type 56) in TRNBuild by
right clicking the component within Simulation Studio and choose edit.
