Joseph,
My first thought was that you should make sure to specify an entire
path starting with the drive letter but it appears that you have already
done so. Here are a few other things to check:
1. try a path that does not have a space in it.
2. try to keep the files out of the \Users\ directory. This directory
sometimes appears to be on the c:\ drive root but in fact is buried
somewhere deep inside the the \Windows directory.
3. check the location of the file and make sure that there is not a
blank file in that location (you can tell if it is blank it will have a
0KB size.)
