[TRNSYS-users] Predefined internal gains

Can't anybody help me? What does the value 230 W ("230 W PC with colour 
monitor", default device in TRNBuild) mean? Is it the heat gain per hour 
or is it the energy demand of this PC? If the latter, what are the heat 
gains of the default devices in TRNBuild?
