[TRNSYS-users] A problem of Row shading factor

Hi everyone, 

Recently, I simulate the evacuated tube collectors considering the shading factor. I have a problem about calculating the shading factor. I'm using Type 30a to caclcualte the shading factor for the ET collector. However, when I set different "Collector slope" and "Collector row separation", it always shows "Insufficient Collector Row Separation", which is shown as figure attached. I just want to know that how I can know the minimum collector row separation for Type 30a?
