  There is not really enough information here to diagnose the problem. I 
would recommend that you send an email to your distributor. Please 
include additional details explaining the difficulty you are having, 
explaining what the error is, and including the simulation project file 
as well as any other files needed in order to run the simulation. Please 
also be aware that Type12 makes some assumptions about the way in which 
the house is controlled. Please make sure to read the Type12 section of 
the 04-MathematicalReference manual to understand the model's controls 
assumptions.
