Filippo and Jean,
   My approach to autosizing has been to run the building model in 
energy rate control with no setups or setbacks in the thermostat and to 
records the maximum hourly value of the QSENS NTYPE from Type56. This 
gives you the peak hourly sensible heating and cooling load for each 
zone in the building and is very similar to the autosizing that other 
programs do. You can then change the building back to a temperature 
level control simulation and use the peak heating and cooling loads to 
choose equipment. Be careful that you're sizing the cooling equipment 
based on a sensible demand not based on total cooling demand.
