[TRNSYS-users] How to create new component using FORTRAN in TRNSYS, please mention the step by step procedure

The only supported FORTRAN compiler for TRNSYS is the IVF compiler. If
you want to use a different compiler you will need to figure out how to
import and export the functions and procedures that are needed from the
dll.
