[TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS17.1 purchased in 2013 expired?

Dear all,

I was wondering if the previously purchased TRNSYS 17.1 actually has an
expiration date. Our lab bought the software in 2013, but now I'm not able
to download it using the link provided in previous email. Or it there a
solution to get around this? Thanks!
