Hi Vinod,
It is fairly difficult to compile new TRNSYS components using a Fortran compiler other than those set out in the programmers guide in section 7.5:
-Compaq Visual Fortran 6.6
-Intel Visual Fortran 11.x / MS Visual Studio 200x
-Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011
Persistence is key - you will need to trial many different settings to get it working. Otherwise you may consider obtaining one of these compilers for which detailed instructions are provided.
If you would like, we would be happy to do a 1-hour webinar to discuss your problem and see if we can help, no guarantees but we’ll do our best. Let us know if you’re interested.
Kind regards,

Dear TRNSYS User,
I am designing a new component in TRNSYS 17 using Fortran (silverfrost FTN95 or Simply fortran) but unable to create a dll file as given in programmers guide.
Kindly help me with step by step procedure and suitable example please.
