  I would recommend that you send this question to your distributor for 
technical assistance. If you aren't sure who your distributor is, please 
send me an email containing your user17 id number. Please send the email 
directly (do not copy the user forum). You can open the user17.id file 
using a text editor; the number I need is the one that has the form 17X-yyyy
